The Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code were meant to be the guiding documents for all current and future property owners. These documents are the county's promise to neighborhoods and property owners as to what may or may not be built. When the county does not uphold that promise, they waste our valuable tax dollars by opening the door to expensive lawsuits.
